Charlotte was compassionate, sharing, and loving. Caring for the success and welfare of patients during her nursing career was of utmost importance, and this extended to friends, family, and beyond. She brightened anyone’s lives who she touched with her kindness and love. So many treasured memories of her hospitality, positive energy, and love of life. She was always available to talk, listen, and give sage advice on all things little or big.
Grammacleod was adored by her grandchildren Charlie, Angus, and Katie, and she had endless time and energy for them-spending time in PEI during the summer, going to the beach, sleep overs, stories from the Appin Road, baking, laughs, hugs and kisses.
