Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Beach Grove Nursing Home on Saturday, March 23, 2024, of Melda MacBeth of New Dominion, age 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Colin MacBeth and loving mother of John (Kelly), Mark (Loralee) and Scott (Dana). Granny to Ethan, Matthew, Isaac, Audrey, Seth, Morgan, Alyssa, Brooke, Hattie and Henry. Sister of Mary Hawley, Margaret (Wes) Collicutt, Loring (Judy) Rayner and Bob (Bev) Rayner. Sister-in-law of Barb MacBeth, Nell (Garth) Mallett and Pearle (Reverend Dave) Howell. Predeceased by her parents Jabez (JL) Rayner and Margaret Hazel Pickering, brother-in-law Reverend Gordon MacBeth, and brother-in-law Jim Hawley.

Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. A private graveside service will be held in New Dominion United Church Cemetery. A casual gathering for family, friends and past coworkers will be held from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Cross Roads Fire Department (4 Georgetown Rd, Stratford) in Event Room #1 on the upper level. This is an opportunity to reminisce and offer condolences. If so desired, memorial donations may be made directly to Beach Grove Home Residents Council or The Salvation Army.
