It is with broken hearts the family share the death of The Reverend Robert “Bob” G. Hutcheson of Charlottetown, age 89 years. Beloved husband of Maureen, father of Eddy, Nancy (Chris), Peter (Tracy), and Angela (Daniel), grandfather of Armando, Yolanda, Rachel, Sam, Ashley, Jeff, Cody and great-grandfather of 8. Survived by his extended family. Predeceased by Gordon and Amy (Affleck) Hutcheson, daughter Lorna, and siblings Kay (Gordon) Good and David.
Bob embraced his civic responsibilities by sharing his time and talents with various organizations including the Salvation Army, Rotary International, United Way, Red Cross, Camp Abby and by his pastoral service to various charges in Florida, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. from Spring Park United Church. The family will have a time of fellowship with friends following the service. Interment in Peoples Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations may be made directly to Camp Abby or Spring Park United Church. No visiting hours by request.
