The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, November 18, 2022 of Thomas Louis Monaghan of Charlottetown, age 76 years. Loving father of Tommy, Christopher (Nicole) and Jeffrey and proud Popi to his only grandchild, Grace. Survived by his former spouse Marlo (Graves) Monaghan, brother Raymond (Corolee), sister Elizabeth Rafuse (Les Crew), sister-in-law Angela Monaghan, brother-in-law David Hambly and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Thomas James Monaghan and Martha Ann (Douse) Doyle, brother Joseph and sister Jeanne Hambly.
