The death occurred at the Prince Edward Home on Friday, May 24, 2024 of Margaret “Margie” Rodena Charlesworth (nee Tobin) of Charlottetown, age 81 years. Loving wife of Walter, mother of Kelly and Colin (Lynn), and grandmother of Shaun Henshall and Logan Charlesworth. Survived by her siblings Elizabeth “Betty” (Dennis) Robello, Roderick (Linda) and Ronald Tobin. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and numerous cousins. Predeceased by her parents William and Florence (Ferguson) Tobin.
The family wishes to sincerely thank the staff and caregivers at the Prince Edward Home, Charlottetown for their exceptional kindness, support and superlative care over the past four years.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. A private family service will be held. Interment later in Brookside Cemetery, Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia. No visitation by request.
