The death occurred at her home on Saturday, June 7, 2025, of Joan T. Ford (nee Gurney) of Charlottetown, age 92. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd in 2023. Loving mother of Gayle, Janice (Alex) Campbell, and Cheryl (Kevin) Llewellyn. Survived by grandchildren Gordon and Warren Campbell, Tarin (Andrew) Lane and Tim (Sarah) Llewellyn, and great-grandchildren Grace Lane and Fynn and Maeve Llewellyn. Joan was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the funeral will be held on Friday at 1:30 p.m. For those wishing to attend virtually, the service will be live-streamed at https://event.forgetmenotceremonies.com/ceremony?c=609bca39-8208-4e14-8a8f-c40201ac8d94 Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
