The death occurred peacefully with family by her side on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 of Lily MacLean of Charlottetown, age 96 years. Wife of the late John Lauchie MacLean. Loving mother of Esther (Garry) Malick, Carl (Phyllis) and Arnold (Lisa), grandmother of Lindsay (Barb), Maureen (Eric), Lynn (Colin), and Jaimie, and great-grandmother of Austin, Graydon, Anna, Marcus and Jackson. Survived by daughter-in-law Julia, brother Richard (Janet) Knox and siblings-in-law Lawrence and Arnold MacLean, Laura Lake and Katie MacLean. Survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by her parents William and Eliza Knox, sons John and Elwin, granddaughter Laurie, and siblings Robert, James, Thomas and Isabella.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the funeral will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. (by invitation only).
