The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Monday, March 1, 2021 of Shirley Lorraine Craswell, of Charlottetown age 75 years. Wife of the late Gordon Craswell. Loving mother of Sherry (Vincent) Garrett and Geoff (Corrine) Craswell, and Nanny/Mooma/Grammie to Ashley, Bailey, Mya, Olivia, and Alice and great-grandchildren Cecil, Isaiah, Nathaniel, and Josiah. Survived by siblings Claude (Susan) Stewart, Dorothy Campbell, Kathy (Eddie) Burris, Dale (Harvey) Martell, and Irene (Anthony) Pellecchia, sisters-in-law Cecelia Stewart and Lorraine Stewart, brothers-in-law Harold Younker, Gary (Carol) and Darren (Kelly) Craswell, sister-in-law Janice (Gordon) Ellis, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Aletha Stewart, brothers Harry, Lyndon and Fenton Stewart, sisters Betty Gariepy, Nan Younker, and brother-in-law Richard Campbell, and parents-in-law Merrill and Janet Craswell..
