Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 of J. William “Bill” McPhail of Charlottetown, age 94. Beloved husband of the late Helen McPhail. Father Keith (Denise) and Jay (Catherine) McPhail. Grampy to 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Survived by sister Carolyn.
