Beloved wife of the late Lester Larsen. Loving mother of Doug (Maureen), Darren (Susan), Randall (Tracy), and Kerri (Shane) Campbell. Nannie to Matthew, Sarah, Eric, Jessica, Hannah, Mitchell, Nicholas, Randi, Kaiya, Kelsey, Jesse, Hayden, Karmyn and Brycen. Great nannie of Maeve. The death occurred at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, April 4, 2024 of Wilfred Roy Dennis of Charlottetown, age 95 years. Loving husband of the late Shirley (Waite) Dennis and the late Betty (Burke) Dennis, his wife of 55 years. Beloved father of Sheila (David), Arnold (Marsha), Debbie and Kim (Rod), father-in-law of Gail Dennis, step-father of Lawrence MacDougall (Melita), grandfather of Cheryl, Gillian, Kari, Michael, Stephen, Robert, Sarah, John, Mallory, Alexandra and Patrick, and great-grandfather of Caleigh, Matthew, Cameron, Caleb, Morgan, Evan, Eliott, Edison, Felix, and Rogan. Also survived by sister Muriel Lorenz. Predeceased by his son Gordon Dennis and sister Irene (Mike) Carmody.
Wilfred had a strong work ethic and enjoyed many years in the property rental business.
He enjoyed a fellowship with both young and old and was a caring mentor for others in his AA group.
Wilfred was an active member of Park Royal United Church.
He thoroughly enjoyed spending winters in Florida for over 30 years, where he created another circle of friends.
The family extends their gratitude to the staff of Burnside Community Care Centre, as well as his personal caregivers Darlene, Paula, Kim, Lynn and Trinity.

The death occurred at the Garden Home on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 of Susan Mary Christine Harris of Charlottetown, age 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Graham Harris. Fondly remembered by her niece, nephew, 2 grand nieces, a grand nephew, and a great grand niece (who she sadly did not get a chance to meet). Predeceased by her brothers James and Anthony Hoyland.
Born in Barnsley, England, Susan was the youngest child and only daughter of the late George Henry and Mary Agnes Hoyland.
Susan and Graham spent many happy years living in various parts of Canada and South Africa. Before retirement she worked for CIBC and Royal Bank. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, knitting, cooking, and travelling. Susan was a much loved and strong woman who will be greatly missed.

Lorne passed away at Whisperwood Villa on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Born in Freetown on October 9, 1934, he was the son of Fred and Lois Moase. He is survived by his wife Shirley (MacDonald) of 54 years; son Chris (Michelle) and beloved grandson Noah of Waterdown, ON and son David of Toronto, ON. Fondly remembered by siblings-in-law Sheila Moase Reeves, Madeline Giffin, Jim (Roxanne) MacDonald, Georgina Price, and Donna (Steve) Zoccole, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Lorne was predeceased by his parents, brother Norman, sister Beulah (John) Dekker and brothers-in-law Walter Giffin and John Price.
Lorne received his early education in Summerside. He obtained his B.A. from Acadia and B.Ed. and M.Ed. from U.N.B. After ten years as a teacher and principal, he served as Director of Teacher Training at Prince of Wales College before being appointed Deputy Minister of Education, where he remained for 16 years. He next served as Deputy Minister of Community and Cultural Affair, and later Transportation and Public Works. His final executive position with the PEI government was as Executive Director of Hospital and Health Services, retiring after 25 years of service to the provincial government.
Following retirement Lorne served as Commissioner of Municipal Reform, did contract work with the Federation of Municipalities, the Town of Stratford, and chairman of the Indemnities and Allowance Commission.
Lorne was a member of the Rotary Club of Charlottetown for 47 years, was a past-President and served on many committees. He especially enjoyed the Youth Exchange committee and Easter Seals, where he represented PEI on the national Easter Seals Board of Directors and served as liaison between the National office and PEI Easter Seals. He received many honours and awards from Rotary, as well as other awards.
He received three Queens Jubilee medals, was honoured with national scouting awards, was honorary life member of the Canadian Education Association and Roads and Transportation Association of Canada. He was a member of the Canadian delegation to the conference on Rural Education in Accra, Ghana (1970) and a member and chairman of the Canadian delegation to OECD Education committee in Paris, France (1977-1980). Lorne loved to travel, and his work offered this – also he and Shirley enjoyed many wonderful travel experiences.
Lorne was a member of the Kirk of St. James Presbyterian Church, a Sunday school teacher, an elder and former Clerk of Session. He served on the Board of managers and Kirk trustees.
