The family are extremely saddened to announce the passing of Brodie Alexander Craswell on Friday, September 20, 2024 of Charlottetown, age 42 years. Loving husband and soul mate of Ashley and incredibly proud Dad aka “Blob Fish” of Meredith and Hannah. Beloved son of Gary and Carol (Deacon) Craswell and brother of Krista (Corrie) Feehan and Nick (Khrista Jay). Lovingly remembered by his “Nana B” Muriel Bennett, parents-in-law Dale and Terri Cook, sister-in-law Tanya (Jeff) Rowell, and nieces and nephews Hailey, Ally, Lincoln, Jack, Connor, Olivia, and Luke. Cherished nephew of Janice (Gordie) Ellis, Darren (Kelly) Craswell, Patricia (Martin Slama), Barbara and David (Lynn) Deacon. Fondly remembered by his cousins, extended family and a vast circle of friends. Predeceased by his grandparents Merrill and Janet Craswell and Dr. Allison Deacon and uncles Gordon (Shirley) Craswell and Donald Deacon.
Brodie lit up every single room he walked into. He always made people feel like a someone. He was non-judgmental and offered support and encouragement to all who crossed his path – whether a child he was coaching or his family. Their shared motto was always “life is too short and time is precious” – travel and embrace every adventure. Brodie never turned down a challenge and was always there to step-up. He was also known to offer a few challenges!
He took time to cherish all those special moments to “take it all in”.
