The death occurred peacefully surrounded by family at The Mount Continuing Care Community on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 of George David Wright of Charlottetown, age 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Velma Wright (nee Wood). Loving father of Valena Wright, Carol Sellar (Randy) and Shirley Wright (Bryon Howard), father-in-law of Bill Canham, and Grampie George of grandchildren Andrew Canham of Edmonton, Amanda Canham of Ottawa, Natalie, Adrianna and Ivan Soto-Wright of Boston, Josh, Tyler and Matt Sellar of Charlottetown, Robin and Jacob Howard of Victoria, BC, and great-grandchildren Emily, Amelia, Annabelle, Arthur, Paige, Logan, Olivia, Tommy and Claire. Survived by sister Helen Chambers. Predeceased by daughter Deborah Canham and brother-in-law Jack Chambers.
George was a proud Islander with strong ties to community, family and Island history. He was a graduate of Macdonald College, McGill University and applied his expertise in food technology and business to Maritime industries. Recipient of the Queens Jubilee Gold and Diamond medals, recognizing his contributions to public life.
The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff of The Mount and caregiver, Muriel Knox, for their care and compassion.

The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 of M. Elizabeth Monkley (nee MacPherson) of Stratford, age 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Allen Monkley. Loving mother of Chris (Tissy), Lisa (Darren) Gray and Allana (Amanda), Gram of Colby, Kaylee, Parker, Ava, Christopher and Theodore, and Great Gram of Sadie and Julia. Survived by siblings Valerie (Lew) Robinson, John MacPherson and Linda (Bruce) MacMillan and their families. Predeceased by her parents Ross and Anne (Hanley) MacPherson.
Born in London, England, Elizabeth immigrated to Canada as an infant. She loved her family and the enjoyment from time spent together. A compassionate soul, Elizabeth provided homecare services to others, fostered relationships with her staff, and was always willing to help others.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lyle Hector Campbell at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, with loved ones by his side on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the age of 72. Beloved son of the late Elsie Mae Campbell. Loving husband of Cheryl (Costain) Campbell, dad to Stephen (Michelle), Mark (Erin) and Dean (Maureen), and stepdad to Jana (Ryan). Dear nephew of Eileen MacNeil. Loving grampy to Craig (Lori-Ellen), Jocelyne (Andrew), Megan, Darci, and Jesse. Lyle was also a doting dad and best buddy to his furbaby, Ben.

Our family is heartbroken to announce the passing of Dr. Edward Lank, PhD. at Lille, France on March 21, 2022. Formerly of Cambridge, Ontario and Ebenezer, PEI, age 49 years. Loving husband of Michelle (Woodall) and father of Olivia and Charlotte. Beloved son of Miriam (Hyde) and the late William Lank. Brother of Wilma (Edward Wiebe) and Wendy (Keith Reismiller) and many nieces and nephews.
Edward was a professor and Cheriton Faculty Fellow in the Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, as well, an Inria International Research Chair attached to Équipe LOKI at Inria Lille-Nord Europe in Villeneuve d'Ascq, France.

Sister of Liona VanWesterneng, Erwin (Judy) Smith and Kevin (Wilma) MacPhee. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents Brinsley and Ruth (Birt) Smith, siblings Keir, Allan, Lloyd, Marilyn Gallant, Norma Redmond and Eleanor Younker.
Dorothy was a dedicated volunteer to the CNIB and Meals on Wheels program. She was devoted member of St. Peter’s Cathedral serving on the Altar Guild and Binney Group.

After a long, full life and in her 105th year, Marion Louise (MacLeod) Coffin passed away on December 4, 2021 with loved ones by her side. Marion was born in Norboro, PEI on April 16, 1917, the daughter of William P. and Margaret L. (Brown) MacLeod. She was married to the late Eric Fulton Coffin and only sister to the late Irene L Rogers. Left with sad hearts but wonderful memories are her sons Gary and Roger (Janice), grandchildren Victoria Coffin, Jennifer (Jonathan) Drake, Eric (Melissa) Coffin, great-grandchildren Caleb and Ella Drake, nephews George (Cathy) Rogers and Alan (Brenda) Rogers, and niece Margaret Rogers (Kevin) Whitrow. Marion will also be remembered fondly by the many nieces and nephews of her late husband, Eric Coffin.
Marion lived on her own until after her 100th birthday after which time she moved to Charlotte Residence in Charlottetown. Many thanks to the staff of Charlotte Residence for the wonderful care they provided to Marion over the years. Thanks to the EMS, Emergency Dept, and Unit 3 care givers for treating Marion and her loved ones with dignity and respect.
