The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital surrounded by the love of family, on Monday, July 18, 2022 of Roger William Tanton of Charlottetown, age 85 years. Beloved husband of Eunice (nee Clarey), loving father of Paula (Wayne) Squarebriggs, Stephen Tanton and Grampy of Amber, Drake and Brett. Survived by siblings Darrold, Joanne Arvay (Arnis Zarins) and Peter (Debbie) and their families. Predeceased by his parents Willard and Gladys (Sentner) Tanton, sister-in-law Catherine (MacCallum) Tanton and brother-in-law Jim Arvay.
Roger was a past Commodore of the Charlottetown Yacht Club and spent many years enjoying the water. He was a successful business owner having operated Tanton’s Accessories for over 40 years.

Beth Robinson died on July 11, 2022 at 100 years of age.
Beth was born in 1921 to parents David Moore Robinson and Mabel Boundy in Winsloe, PEI.
In 1940, age the age of 19 years, Beth obtained a teaching license from Prince of Wales College and taught in both Stanhope and Winsloe schools before entering nursing. She graduated from the Prince Edward Island School of Nursing in 1944. She pursued postgraduate education in New York (1953) and in Montreal (1966). Her career path took her to postings across Canada, eventually returning her to the Prince Edward Island Hospital in 1957. Beth made valuable contributions in teaching and supervisory roles in the PEI Hospital and at retirement, was Supervisor and Head Nurse of Obstetrics. Beth will be well remembered by patients, their families, and hospital staff for her great patience and compassion.
Beth was a natural history enthusiast, enjoying pursuits in the out of doors. She enjoyed classical music and was an avid concert-goer.
Beth will be greatly missed by her nieces Joan Robinson Thornton and Linda Holmes, her nephew Neil Robinson, and her sister-in-law Edith Robinson. She was predeceased by her brother Dr. Dean Robinson.

Arlene Lottie Ford (nee Ross) formerly of 28 Bishop Street of Charlottetown, in her 91st year, passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on July 6, 2022. She was the wife of the late Forrest Ford, mother of Wayne (Cheryl), the late Hal Forrest and Darren (Marsha). She will be missed by her grandchildren Megan (David), Rebecca, Nathan and Katelyn and great-grand son Duncan. She is survived by her sister, Edna (Henry) Josey and brother John (Madelyn) Ross, nieces Heather and Debbie, nephew Robbie, as well as relatives and friends.
