The death occurred at the IWK Health Centre on Thursday, July 31, 2025, of Dahamdi Hitibandara of Cornwall age 11 years. Beloved and cherished daughter of Jayantha and Nilmini Hitibandara and sister of Kavindi and Pasandi.

The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and IWK Health Centre for their compassionate care.
