The death occurred peacefully at the Prince Edward Home on Monday, May 24, 2021 of Johanna Gerdina Verhulp (nee Boelhouwer) of Charlottetown and formerly of St. Catherine’s, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Jan Verhulp and loving mother of Jack (Gerry), Robert (Helen), Katherine (Randy) Birt, JoAnne (Blaine) Diamond, and Janice (Jim) Murphy. Oma of Mark (Vicky), Anthony (Cavell), Jason, Kelvin; Jonathan (Andrea), Nicholas (Tanya), Timothy (Lori), Matthew (Farzaneh); James (Emily); Rebecca (Eric); Shannon and Tony and many great-grandchildren. Sister of Teuntje, Corrie, Rina, Gerrie, Christina, and Sonya. Predeceased by her parents Cornelis and Pietertje Boelhouwer, brother Hans, and sister Adriana.

Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. (by invitation only).
